Richard serves as the Managing Partner of Impact Management Group and manages the daily operation of the Government Relations practice area. As one of the Founding Partners of our firm, he brings over 20 years of experience and consults in our Government Relations, Public Affairs, and Political Consulting practice areas. Richard is an expert with building and maintaining relationships. Well respected by public officials on both sides of the political aisle, Richard is a registered lobbyist and has been appointed by Presidents and Governors of both political parties.
